Archived Tournaments

Hidden from the tournament list above. Restore one to bring it back, or delete it permanently.

No archived tournaments.

Backups

A snapshot of the whole database is taken automatically once a day, the first time an admin opens the app. The last 7 are kept. Restoring puts every tournament back as it was on that date — nothing newer is deleted.

Tournament List

Every tournament in the picker above, in one place — open, rename, duplicate, archive, or delete any of them here.

ArenaDefs — Tournament Places

Named venues, each with its own table-fill priority order. Pick one per championship (in the Arena toolbar, next to Tables-in-use) to control which table Auto-assign fills first for groups and each bracket's first round — optionally give Competition and Consolation their own dedicated tables so both start at the same time.

No places defined yet.

🧠 MacroMind — Scenario Checkpoints

Saves a checkpoint of a tournament — its players, groups, schedule (day/table/time), and scores — under a name you give it, or of a whole championship (every tournament in it, together) with the button below. This list shows checkpoints from EVERY tournament and championship, not just the one you have open. Recall rebuilds that exact scenario live — switching you to its championship and tournament if you're somewhere else, then overwriting it with the checkpoint. Recall does NOT save a checkpoint on its own first — if you want to be able to undo a recall, save one yourself before you click it.
